History
Our story begins over 2 decades ago when owner Katrina first started grooming. Since then she’s operated out of several shops in the Toledo area.
Toledo
Opened in 2012 as Toledo Pet Farm, our Toledo location is a 13,00+ sq/ft facility offering doggie daycare, grooming, and boarding for all kinds of pets. Katrina became manager and head groomer in 2014. After taking over the business and partnering with Shelbie, together they opened a second store.
Perrysburg
Opened in 2020, our Perrysburg location focuses on grooming, and we have a space for guests to play while they’re here.
Because we work with animals, along the way we took in many surrendered pets of all breeds, and species, so we established a rescue program.
Operation Saves
Our pet shelter/rescue is a non-profit collective that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of displaced animals. In 2022 we were founded by a group of individuals who shared a common goal: to change the world, one homeless pet at a time. Since our inception, we've been dedicated to finding homes for these animals and providing sanctuary for those who are deemed unadoptable.

Talk Dog Toledo
One of Operation Saves board members are Talk Dog Toledo's dog trainer Cheryl, who has trained over 3,500 dogs in Toledo and the surrounding areas over the last 19 years. During her extensive training program, she was taught to understand not just the way dogs act, but the way that they think. She has taught thousands of owners how to deal with their behavioral problems in a way that their dog understands. Using effective and kind dog training.”

Maumee
Together in 2024, Katrina. Shelbie and Cheryl opened a third location in the building that use to be Total Pet Care. This is our main boarding hub, but we also offer grooming services and daycare as well.
Future
We soon plan to partner with an online retail store to offer high quality products for your pet. From food to toys, slow feeders, enrichment devices, and more, we plan to become a one stop shop for your furriest member of the family.
