More Info

  • ALL dogs entering the facility must be up to date with 3 vaccines: rabies, distemper and bordetella. There are several options to get proof of vaccination to us. You can register an account with us, log-in to the customer portal, navigate to the “Account” tab, and upload your documents via the “Upload Records” button. You can email a digital or scanned copy to adoggiedo@shots.pet. You can bring your physical documents to your first appointment. Or, at last resort, we can call your vet directly. Please note, if you arrive at the facility and your vet’s office is not open/does not answer, we will have no way to verify your vaccines, and your dog will not be permitted entry.

It is your responsibility to make us aware of any health and/or behavioral issues. These include, but are not limited to: allergies, prior injuries, medical conditions, medication needs, and any suspected illness or infection. We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions, but will do our best to make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible.

  • Stay & Play: let your dog(s) play in daycare while they’re here for only $5 more per night!

Upgrade Package: cot or dog bed, dinner meal add-ons, and daily picture updates +$20/night

Luxury Package: cot and dog bed, extra playtime/cuddles, breakfast and dinner meal add-ons, and ail picture updates +$35/night

  • We provide bowls, bedding, and can provide food for an additional charge. It is recommended that you bring only your own food and treats; however, we understand that there are some extenuating circumstances. Some dogs with back/leg issues have been permitted to bring in their own cots. If your dog requires a special bowl like a slow feeder or elevated feeder, please put your dog’s name on the item and list it on your boarding intake.

Some customers want to bring something that smells like home, we understand that. If you want to bring something, we recommend an old t shirt or towel, something that you wouldn’t mind getting ruined or lost. We try our best to return all items, but because we provide bedding, a blanket or bed could get ruined, it might not be clean when you pick up, it could get misplaced and thrown with the communal blankets, etc. That’s why we suggest something that won’t be missed if it doesn’t make it back to you.

Toys are not permitted under any circumstances. They could be chewed and swallowed in the kennel, and if we use them at daycare, we could cause a dog fight.

  • Our guests get dirty quite regularly, especially if they’re going into daycare and playing with other dogs. Water gets dumped, slobber and mud get flung around, it’s just the nature of doggy daycare. If you’re staying multiple nights we suggest a bath on the day of pickup. This ensures that your dog gets to have as much fun as they want, and you get a clean, fresh smelling dog to take home.

  • If you haven’t already, register an account on our online customer portal. If you have, log in and reserve your spot now! Once you pick your dates, you’ll be given the option to sign the agreement forms, request grooming services, and fill out your feeding instructions. Entering all this information in before you get here means you won’t have to fill out any paperwork once you arrive!

  • We start preparing breakfast, and do our first round of let-outs at 6am. Guests are fed, given a potty break, then they go to daycare to play with their friends. We may rotate groups to different areas throughout the day in order to make sure everyone gets plenty of play time.

Around noon we start putting dogs up if they have a requested nap or lunch. Daycare dogs are left to play in groups, while at the same time, we take other dogs to private areas. Daycare is offered to our boarders, but we understand that not every dog is comfortable in a group play situation. Some facilities refuse to offer services to these guests, but we think that’s crazy. Every fur baby deserves some play time, even if that means we have to give them 1-on-1 attention. Taking care of each individual animal’s needs is the business we signed up to be in.

Around 4pm, it’s time to start getting ready for night time. Our staff begins preparing dinner bowls for the dogs that will stay that night and getting their bedding/blankets into their kennels. Once everything is ready, we pull boarders from daycare and place them in their specified kennel. Dinner is usually served around 5:30-6pm, then one last round of potty breaks before we close for the evening.

  • Guests staying 5 or more nights will need to pay 50% or more of their anticipated bill before, or at drop-off.
